After ECR treatment

As with all psychotherapeutic processes when positive results show up, they are often infinitely variable. But in ECR where the goal is to make a difference at the core level - the unconscious part that drives, gives 'instruction' to how we live our lives and what we make of our right to peace and contentment - the outcomes of ECR have been shown to be enormously varied. In order to give this subject fair representation, we need a little more room. So ...

I can honestly say that my life has turned around for the better. I am no longer stressed and anxious about the things I have to deal with on a day to day basis. They are still there, but are accepted and dealt with a whole lot better by me.

The changes came gradually but with a definite impact. While there was no 'earthquake' representing any change, there has most certainly been a shifting of how I react to the world and what my level of self-acceptance has become. This 'tectonic' shift can only be due to the ECR program that I participated in with Ian White.

Some things changed quite quickly for me after my therapy. Soon after I found it relatively easy to get to sleep. Now I'm sleeping better than I have in years, no more insomnia and that's been a huge relief. I also realized that I was starting to eat more 'normally', without the guilt and I even found that I lost interest in cigarettes after 12 years of smoking. That was probably the biggest surprise!

Other things seemed to take a while but as time goes by I am feeling much better about myself. I guess I am just a much happier and healthier person.

My husband and my little girl are ecstatic.

I don't usually write reviews of these sorts of services, but in the case of ECR I am more than pleased to do so. My job as a sound engineer is usually stressful, what with dealing with loud and forceful recording artists every day.

I overcame my natural skepticism about therapies and counseling to try the ECR method that they call 'hybrid.' I'm glad I did decide to give it a go. The online tutorials proved to be extremely enlightening about my stress issues and I now understand why they are not only useful as part of the therapy, but in my opinion, necessary.

For me, following the sessions which I undertook online, each day took on a different flavor compared to before. Lighter, happier, and with a quiet amusement of those who had been making life stressful before  ... good stuff!
